General Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

A national maintenance and construction firm is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to service full-time commercial construction projects across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in carpentry tasks such as framing metal/wood studs, installing basic cabinetry/countertops, and installing doors/windows (both interior and exterior)
• Experience with plumbing tasks including replacement/installation of sinks, faucets, toilets, and basic drainage/water lines (licensed plumbers encouraged to apply)
• Knowledge of refrigeration, PM service calls, and commercial renovations/buildouts
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow OSHA requirements
• Excellent communication skills to build customer relationships and detailed record-keeping
• Ability to work overtime, on-call, and travel to various locations throughout the US
• Supply of basic construction hand tools
