General Maintenance Team Member

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance functions like light electrical work, routine plumbing maintenance, repair of furnishings, routine equipment and building inspections, and upkeep of machinery, equipment, structures, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on housekeeping equipment and kitchen appliances, making any necessary repairs.
• Maintain a clean work environment in all maintenance areas.
• Aid with snow removal and salting as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of experience in a maintenance field.
• Strong understanding of basic electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and refrigeration.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and meeting company insurance requirements.
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
