- Operates and uses various hand and power tools and equipment
- Maintains tools and equipment in good condition
- Cleans work areas
- Picks up materials and supplies from warehouse or storeroom
- Operates a motor vehicle in the performance of job duties
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a recognized apprenticeship program in construction trades
- Valid driver’s license
