About the location

Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. Responsibilities

The General Maintenance Helper provides maintenance and repair services for hotel equipment and facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems, while responding to issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of engineering work areas and hotel spaces
• Perform painting, sanding, staining, and light carpentry tasks
• Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance
• Support troubleshooting and repairs of equipment such as motors, breakers, and chillers
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests in rooms and public areas
• Assist in emergency responses, including fire alarms and power outages
• Help transport and manage parts, tools, and materials as needed

Requirements

• Legal work authorization in the United States
• Ability to work any day of the week, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Working technical knowledge of general building maintenance

Pay

Hourly Rate: $26.36
