Brunswick Thunder Jet Operations is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to join our team in Clarkston, WA. We are a global marine leader dedicated to innovation and excellence in the marine recreation industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly using strong troubleshooting skills.
• Use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, local building codes, and company policies.
• Collaborate with contractors or vendors for specialized repairs.
• Afford assistance in seasonal yard needs and housekeeping tasks.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
• Solid understanding of various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Basic or higher computer skills.
• Detailed and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training, vocational courses, or apprenticeships in relevant fields are preferred.
• Prior experience (1-3+ years) as a maintenance worker or technician in facilities, property management, or industrial settings.

Pay

The anticipated pay range for this position is grade 3 $20.95-$21.75 hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
