GENERAL MAINTENANCE

Responsibilities

• Respond to and attend to repair requests and fix general maintenance issues such as plumbing, holes in walls, lightbulb replacements, among many others.
• Maintain a log of maintenance requests and completions and ensure proper and safe storage of maintenance tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of general engineering and maintenance experience required
• Hospitality experience desired
• Able to lift, carry and move 50 pounds
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions for long periods of time and be able to move about the property
• Valid driver's license required
• Variated scheduling to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
