Responsibilities
- Emergency repair and preventative maintenance service for all Academy buildings.
- Major and minor electrical and plumbing repair.
- General building maintenance.
- Keeping accurate records of all repair activity.
- Informing the supervisor of all major maintenance problems as they arise.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/HSE or equivalent.
- Post-high school vocational training preferred.
- Valid Indiana driver’s license.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Physically capable of accessing all campus areas and buildings.
