General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney

About the role

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney for our Naples, FL office. This is an opportunity to learn Personal Injury, specifically General Liability, at the premier Plaintiff PI firm in the country. Our Pre-Suit Attorneys make mission-critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our success. Work alongside world-class lawyers who mentor and advise attorneys new to the field.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Manage the release approval process
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
• Handle EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
• 1+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
