About the Firm

At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we’re their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations, or defective goods. From attorneys in all 50 states to client support staff, creative marketing to operations teams, every member of our firm plays a key role in the fight for consumer rights. Our over 6,000 employees are united by one mission: For the People.

  • Of the $25 billion+ recovered on behalf of clients since 1988, over $8 billion has been recouped in the past two years alone across all 50 states, Washington DC, and the US Virgin Islands.
  • We have doubled our national mega-marketing campaigns from $250M to $500M+ since 2023, making Morgan & Morgan the number one company in the nation for out-of-home marketing spend. In October, we hired Geico Insurance’s former Head of Auto Marketing as our new Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Morgan & Morgan employs trial attorneys who actively try cases—320 last year—with plans to double that number in coming years. Attorneys are required to gain trial experience and frequent courtroom exposure.
