About the role

Responsible for managing and resolving complex litigation claims related to general liability. This includes reviewing documents, negotiating settlements, and preparing reports. Works closely with legal teams and external counsel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation support or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Admitted to practice law in good standing
