General Ledger Technology Analyst (Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM)

About the role

We are seeking a General Ledger Technology Analyst to join our ERP/General Ledger technology team. This role requires a strong business and accounting perspective, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, and proficiency in agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support General Ledger operations end-to-end
• Define, analyze, and translate detailed business requirements into technology solutions
• Contribute to large, multi-department implementations using agile techniques
• Manage external system integrations and resolve production issues
• Coordinate expense allocation processes and develop accounting operating procedures
• Provide analytics and insights in response to business questions
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge

Qualifications

• Three plus years of experience in financial reporting or General Ledger processing within a large organization (5,000+ employees)
• A solid understanding of enterprise financial systems, including data flow, balancing, and period-end close
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, or a demonstrated transition from PeopleSoft to a cloud-based ERP solution
• Strong working knowledge of Excel; experience with SQL, SAS Enterprise Guide, or similar query tools
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Agility
• Experience with or curiosity about AI tools for data automation, balancing, or validation
• AWS services experience is useful
• Takes initiative, coordinates across teams, and supports colleagues
• A clear, confident communicator and relationship builder
