About the role

We're building a pipeline of strong leadership candidates for our Packaging Supervisor and Production Lead roles across all shifts, with a critical need on 3rd shift. Whether you come from a packaging background or have hands-on experience leading encapsulation, weighing, or blending teams, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging line operations, ensuring output meets production schedules and customer deadlines
• Supervise, coach, and develop packaging line associates
• Monitor line performance, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure all packaging activities comply with GMP, quality, and safety standards
• Lead a team of encapsulators or weighers/blenders through daily production activities
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and keep production on schedule
• Train and mentor team members on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
• Partner with Quality and Safety teams to ensure batches meet specification the first time

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for all leadership roles
• Prior experience supervising or leading a team in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
• Working knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and safety standards (nutraceutical, food, pharma, or similar regulated environment preferred)
• Strong communication and coaching skills — able to motivate a team and hold people accountable
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities can shift quickly
• Willingness and flexibility to work 3rd shift or rotating shifts as needed
• A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic

Benefits
