Responsible For Cleaning or preparing construction site to eliminate hazards.Demolishing and/or placing construction materials.Measuring, marking or recording layout areas for construction.Signaling equipment operators to align and adjust machinery.Loading, unloading materials, machinery, tools and distributing to appropriate locations and personnel. Work Qualifications Has a great deal of awareness of soil conditions and proper slopes.Ability to perform heavy manual labor under adverse weather conditions.Able to stand, stoop, kneel, climb, bend, crouch for long periods. Able to work and communicate well with team members.Takes pride in craftsmanshipWorks within precise standards of accuracyPrioritizes work to meet goals or deadlines.Practices good safety habits. Education & Work Experience Requirements Minimum one (1) years' experience in the construction industry in highway/street & road construction.
