About the role
Join the EBAA Iron Manufacturing Team. EBAA Iron, Inc. has been manufacturing high-quality products for the waterworks industry for over 60 years. Our products help support critical water infrastructures across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in manufacturing and production operations
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Operate basic production equipment and tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support team members and supervisors with production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work for extended periods
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
Pay and Incentives
- Starting pay $17/hr.
