General Production Laborer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follows safety guidelines and procedures set for this role.
• Always wears the proper PPE and follows the PPE Guidelines.
• Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or tools if he/she has not been trained to operate.
• Follows the production/batch plan according to the daily production plan.
• Uses heavy power manual tools, including a jack hammer.
• Communicates equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.
• Responsible for building molds for future needs of box department.
• Affords assistance with the concrete finishing duties, when necessary, such as repairing / patching concrete pipes and boxes.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Department Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or a member of the Management Team.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED desirable but not required.
• Experience: Experience in construction or manufacturing desired but not required.
