General Laborer - Heavy Industrial

Ancon is a third-generation, family-owned company hiring General Laborers for hands-on, heavy industrial work at our Magna, UT plant. We invest in our people—1 in 4 of our team has been with us 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• General labor, heavy lifting, and material handling in an active industrial plant
• Clear conveyor lines with firehoses and hydroblasting equipment
• Assist with equipment operation, maintenance, and site cleanup
• Follow all company and site safety protocols

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Magna, UT
• Prior industrial or construction experience preferred
• Comfortable with heights, confined spaces, working outdoors, and physical work (stairs, lifting up to 35 lbs)
• Clean-shaven (free of ear gauges/facial piercings) for respirator seal; must pass Respirator Fit Test
• Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening (random testing ongoing)
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a team mindset
• Must be available for a work schedule that can include evenings or weekends, and may rotate
