General Laborer – Darlington, PA

Location: Darlington, PA (In-person) | Full-time position

About the Role

We are seeking motivated General Laborers to join our production team. This hands-on role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a mechanical/technical environment, have strong attention to detail, and want to be part of a team that values quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Identify and handle basic component parts and follow work procedures.
• Accurately complete production documents on time.
• Follow quality standards to ensure all work meets customer and company requirements.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of plant operations, layout, and safety procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools effectively.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills immediately.
• Good communication skills; works well in a team environment.
• Dependable and safety-conscious.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED OR 2+ years of relevant experience/training in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and troubleshoot problems efficiently.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Good vision (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception) and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

• Indoor industrial setting with exposure to heat, humidity, moving machinery, and occasional loud noise.
• Must be comfortable working near mechanical equipment and with vibration.

Pay

Starting at $17.00/hour

Schedule

• 40 hours per week; day shift, Monday–Friday
• Overtime available
