General Laborer

Essential Job Functions

• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Auxiliary with setup and cleanup of job sites
• Operate hand and power tools as directed
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor
• Auxiliary with skilled trades workers (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in general labor, construction, or related field a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
