Your Daily Impact

• Lead & Communicate: Effectively coordinate with customers, inspectors, crew members, and management.
• Maintain proper safety gear & procedures at all times—OSHA 30 training is a plus!
• Train & Mentor: Guide apprentices and help build the next generation of skilled workers.
• Oversee material needs, scheduling, and quality control to keep projects on track.
• Perform insulation installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Use field coating inspection equipment to ensure high-quality work.
• Manage crew efficiency: Make sure all necessary equipment and materials are on-site before work begins to avoid delays.
• Complete timecards, daily reports, and safety records accurately.
• Identify and address challenges quickly to keep projects running smoothly.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Experience in surface preparation, industrial painting, and/or coatings
• Ability to lead a crew and oversee job site operations
• Strong communication & decision-making skills
• Knowledge of insulation materials, scaffolding installation, and preventive maintenance
• Ability to use coating inspection equipment and perform light-to-medium equipment repairs
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
• Willingness to travel as required for projects
