General Laborer

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This position will involve working in the following areas: new product development, new tooling development, development of new manufacturing capabilities, technical support for production, and safety support.

Responsibilities

• Construct prototypes for beta testing, customer demonstration, and validation of the design’s manufacturability.
• Perform engineering calculations to support design work.
• Create tooling and fixtures for production.
• Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary engineering team members to develop innovative solutions.
• Work with production departments when technical support is required.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience working in manufacturing or a related field.
• Firm understanding of engineering concepts.
• Experience developing and implementing fixtures/tooling.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems and products.
• Experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Experience in the HVAC industry.
