Responsibilities Include
- Safely operating and maintaining equipment and machines.
- Assisting equipment operators and other skilled labor as needed.
- Prepping construction sites by clearing debris and hazards.
- Load and unload materials.
- Remove, fill, or compact earth.
- Construct temporary structures to support job site needs.
- Following directions from supervisors.
- Willingness to learn from on-the-job training as needed.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous tasks.
- Ability to work in all weather.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Experience is not necessary but must have a desire to learn.
