General Laborer

Location: Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania • Contract to Hire • Onsite

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks as assigned to support daily operations and production activities.
• Assist with the setup, cleanup, and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies in all work-related activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, managing tools and equipment responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in general labor or similar roles.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety protocols.
• Reliable transportation to the job site in Fairless Hills, PA.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and workplace etiquette.

Pay

$18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
