Responsibilities

• Install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pump, and crawl space systems
• Work alongside an experienced crew at customer homes
• Safely operate tools and equipment
• Deliver quality work and an outstanding customer experience
• Take on new challenges at different job sites each day

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to perform physical construction work
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law)

Pay

Up to $23/hour with weekly performance bonuses.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, weekends off. Year-round work—no seasonal layoffs.
