About the role
We are looking to add a general laborer to our Machine shop.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks in the machine shop
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with setup and operation of machinery
- Handle materials and tools safely
- Participate in vocational training programs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing or related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to operate basic machinery
