About the role
The primary responsibility of a TAP Insulation Installer at Moxie Pest Control involves installing insulation products to enhance energy efficiency and prevent pests in residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair insulation systems to meet building codes and customer specifications
- Inspect properties to identify areas needing insulation and assess the effectiveness of existing systems
- Use proper safety equipment and follow all company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure satisfaction and successful project completion
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor
- Knowledge of building codes and insulation installation techniques
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of related experience in construction or home improvement
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
