General Laborer

Miami Valley Gaming is looking to hire a General Laborer to help our Maintenance Team deliver the exceptional guest experience we're known for. If you are a dynamic, dependable, and guest-focused individual, we would be lucky to have you join our Facilities team in this position.

Responsibilities
- Help deliver the guest experience through helping to keep our guests safe and healthy
- Perform can-do tasks and jump in to help with other tasks whenever needed
- Adhere to all service, health, safety, and personal hygiene standards
- Work independently while also enjoying camaraderie with the Facilities team
- Take advantage of excellent training and consider advancing in a hospitality career
Qualifications
- Ability to perform typical tasks required in an entertainment/guest service environment
- Ability to pass a background check or be eligible for a gaming license
- Ability to drive company vehicles
- Customer service and hospitality skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and follows through on tasks
- Good communication skills
Pay
This position starts at a competitive starting wage of $17.55/hr plus time and a half pay for select holidays and high-volume business days.

Schedule
We are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and full-time positions are available, consisting of 8 hour shifts.
