Responsibilities
- Ensures the loading dock is clean
- Help with the unloading process of trailers (restack pallets, pick up wood material, etc.)
- Sweep out and clean trailers
- Other tasks that are assigned
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The work environment consists of occasional extreme temperature shifts ranging from very cold to very hot, exposure to dust and loud noise (hearing protection is provided), and regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moving forklifts. Physical demands include frequent lifting and bending of nothing more than 40 lbs and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Schedule
Monday – Friday 7am until at least 5pm, sometimes later, sometimes earlier. Some Saturday work may be required.
