General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Cook with Plant Operations regarding unit silo levels
• Operate company equipment as required
• Maintain rail car and equipment repair and light maintenance records
• Attend safety meetings
• Provide miscellaneous mechanical repairs and maintenance to all equipment
• Prepare necessary paperwork to allow the shipping of spent catalyst rail cars
• Load spent catalyst in Class B enclosed dump truck from silo (working under supplied air)
• Unload truck with spent catalyst into auger, load rail cars via auger (under respiratory protection)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must pass all required physical exams and drug/alcohol tests
• Must be able to pass all required DISA physical exams, hair follicle drug/alcohol tests, and background check requirements
• Able to read, write, understand, and speak English

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
• Climb stairs and ladders
• Strenuous physical effort which requires standing for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to climb, bend, and stoop to perform various functions of the position
• Good hand/eye coordination and visual acuity
• Work in Fire Retardant Clothing (FRC)
• Work around hazardous chemicals
• Work under supplied air for up to 4-5 hours a day
