General Laborer

Key Responsibilities

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment
• Maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt
• Ready or put away tools as assigned
• Closely follows directions to operate machinery
• Hold or supply routine materials and tools
• Load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines
• Perform routine property care activities
• Perform any non-technical routine tasks at the plant
• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products
• Report any issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague
• Follow safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

  Education And Experience

  Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

  Knowledge And Skills

  • Basic verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions
  • Ability to work in a variety of roles

  Benefits

  Compensation Range: $17.55 - $28.03 annually
  Typical starting rate: $18.00 to $18.00
  Short-term incentive may be available.
