General Laborer

Job Purpose

The General Laborer at CLUB EXPLORIA MANAGEMENT LLC is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support the efficient operation of our facilities. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our premises, contributing to a positive experience for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment and materials are handled safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs, to keep the facility in excellent condition.
• Support groundskeeping activities, including landscaping, mowing, and snow removal, to maintain attractive and safe outdoor areas.
• Operate basic machinery and tools, adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist in the transportation and organization of supplies and materials within the facility.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Qualifications

Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in a general labor or similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in general labor tasks
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
