Position Summary

General Laborers assist with commercial fumigation operations on ships, vessels, warehouses, grain facilities, and other structures. This safety‑sensitive role requires adherence to company procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. Candidates should be dependable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and comfortable in a physically demanding environment. The position is offered as part‑time with the possibility of full‑time, benefits‑eligible hours for qualified candidates.

Essential Duties and Physical Requirements

• Climb ladders, stairs, gangways, and elevated work areas on a regular basis.
• Kneel, bend, reach, crouch, and crawl to inspect and treat vessels and structures.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including repetitive lifting when necessary.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Travel to customer locations throughout the region.
• Respond to after‑hours and weekend work assignments as business needs require.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and safely perform assigned duties.
