About the Role
- Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment
- Operate equipment when directed
- Ensure that all finished product meets quality standard
- Ready and able to move 40+lbs multiple times per day
Requirements
- Great work ethic and impeccable attendance
- Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Willing and able to climb multiple stairs throughout the shift
- Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment
Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Experience operating a forklift (preferred)
