About the Role
Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment. Operate equipment when directed. Ensure that all finished product meets quality standards. Ready and able to move 40+ lbs multiple times per day.

Requirements
- Great work ethic and impeccable attendance
- Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Willing and able to climb multiple stairs throughout the shift
- Ability to work outdoors or in an open-air environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience operating a forklift
