Our team of experts takes pride in ensuring homes are safe, secure, and comfortable. We are now seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our growing family.

Responsibilities

• Help set up tarps, ladders, and safety equipment at the job site
• Work closely with the Field Project Foreman or Supervisor to complete jobs
• Collaborate to pick up needed materials for the project before heading out
• Work with the Production Manager to ensure the shop and yard area at the office is kept clean, presentable, and that all material is properly put away
• Complete jobs prior to deadlines with self-motivation
• Show a strong commitment to putting a Bone Dry sign in each customer's yard
• Maintain the company truck to ensure it is clean and in full compliance with DOT regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong willingness to climb ladders and work at heights to determine work needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers
• Current valid driver's license in order to operate company vehicles
• Must comply with all company safety and personnel policies
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, and up to 100 pounds as needed for heavy materials
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to travel to the work area on a daily basis
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month during busy season (March to November)

• Hourly pay from $16-$20/hr, depending on experience
