General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the company truck for each job
• Travel to the customer's home to install the job
• Install jobs using company-approved and quality-driven methods
• Hands-on labor including basement demolition, hauling debris, digging trenches, working in low-ceiling environments, and moving jobs efficiently
• Work in a team environment with approximately 2-3 other Foreman in Training
• Provide customers with a remarkable, "WOW!" experience
• Represent the company's culture and purpose
• Drive company vehicles responsibly and safely
• Maintain regular, reliable on-site attendance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools
• Ability to travel out of town a few times a month

Pay

$18.05/hr., including consistent overtime opportunities!
