General Laborer

About the role

Augment Human Resource Services is seeking a General Laborer to join our team at a busy waste and recycling facility. This role involves hands-on outdoor work, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean up debris, trash, and loose materials around the yard, shop, and work areas.
• Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers.
• Organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area.
• Support small maintenance tasks such as painting, organizing parts, or preparing containers.
• Perform minor landscaping or grounds maintenance duties.
• Help direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed.
• Follow all site safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Report any safety concerns or hazards to site supervisors immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
