About the role
Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws. Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents. Assemble materials according to specifications. Accurately fulfill and complete orders. Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
Requirements
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools (a plus but not required)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders and/or cut sheets (a plus but not required)
- Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Adhere to AmeriLux Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards
- Keep a safe and clean environment
Schedule
Flexible shifts available: days or nights. 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
Pay
$18–$25/hour with yearly bonus payouts.
