General Laborer

About the role

The primary purpose of this job is to ensure all assigned tasks and jobs are completed safely and in a timely manner. This position involves physical work and requires frequent lifting, bending, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Throwing residents' trash in the back of a garbage truck.
• Checking in with the supervisor before each shift to determine job assignments.
• Ensuring all safety guidelines are followed during the job.
• Maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring the safety of co-workers.
• Communicating clearly and understanding English well enough to give and receive information.
• Adapting to various tasks and being willing to assist with any additional responsibilities.
• Getting along with colleagues and communicating effectively with supervisors.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
