General Laborer
Responsibilities
Support logistics of cable and electrical components.
Assist with installation of conduits and supports.
Work closely with electricians, technicians, and project managers to ensure proper material and tool procurement and delivery to working area.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to safety and cleanroom protocols.
Perform spotter duties for teams of electricians.
Perform basic measurements and documentation of cable runs.
Support general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment setup.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in cable pulling, construction, or general labor preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or elevated platforms.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment.
- Willingness to work in cleanroom environments and follow strict contamination control procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
