General Labor/Production Associate

About the role

The location in West Carrollton, Ohio, is seeking talent to fill the position of General Labor/Production Associate. This job is full-time permanent.

Responsibilities

• Following written or electronic standard operating procedures and instructions
• Adhere to all safety policies and requirements while working and operating equipment
• Operate necessary equipment which may include:
• Mobile equipment
• Overheard cranes
• Winding and slitting equipment
• Coating processing & coating application equipment
• Packaging equipment
• Working as part of a team to help everyone succeed

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, forklift experience and prior shift work experience is preferred
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to work 8, 10, or 12 hours shifts including weekends and Holidays
• Basic math, reading comprehension, writing, mechanical aptitude and computer skills are a must

• Work swing shifts (includes all shifts, most weekends and holidays)
• Be available as needed for overtime
• Have mechanical, numerical and verbal aptitude to learn quickly

Benefits

• The starting hourly rate is $20.00/hour with eligibility for shift differential
• After 90 days, payrate goes to $25.37/hour or $26.34/hour depending upon the job you're qualified for
• Holiday hours worked are paid at double-time, and shift differential is paid on 2nd and 3rd shifts

Pay

Schedule

Working as part of a rotating 8 hour Southern swing shift schedule, meaning you will work 3rd, 2nd, and 1st shift on a rotating basis.
