General Labor & Maintenance Team Member

About the role

ALL Crane Service, located in Independence, OH (44131), is seeking an entry‑level General Labor & Maintenance Team Member to take responsibility for maintenance of buildings. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position with comprehensive benefits. Eligible for a $100 sign‑on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and clean‑up of buildings
• Cleaning and/or pressure washing of vehicles and equipment
• Provide physical labor and assist other workers as directed
• Operate hand and power tools and a variety of other equipment and instruments
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
• Painting, mowing the yard, shoveling snow, and operating a snow blower in winter
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed
• Strong initiative; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery
• Ability to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature and humidity
• Ability to safely operate complex construction equipment
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
