Responsibilities
- Box and label Meat & Sausage product
- Verify quantities
- Stack boxes on pallets and record pallet times
- Maintain correct operation of machinery
- Change film and re-wrap badly wrapped product
- Maintain work area appearance
- Cut bad ends from brats
- Check and remove bad pieces of product
- Check weights
- Make sure each tray has proper number of product
- Verify product are all in proper direction
