About the role
Responsible for loading and unloading materials, operating balers, and performing general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks and conveyors
- Operate balers to compress materials into bales
- Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning equipment and sorting materials
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience with balers and related machinery preferred
Qualifications
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Good communication skills
