About the role

The Cary Company is looking for motivated individuals to join our production team in Pittsburgh, PA. We're seeking people who enjoy hands-on work and getting things done.

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm (weekends free)
• Pay: $18-22/hour + Benefits

Responsibilities

• Hands-on work: Handling plastic containers, recycling materials, and drums
• Safety first: Maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols
• Building and moving: Palletizing products and using hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
• Teamwork: Communicating with co-workers and following directions

Requirements

• Willingness to learn: No experience necessary — we'll provide on-the-job training
• Physical strength: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Team player: Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
