About the role

The Cary Company is seeking a candidate to assist our warehouse team in Livermore, CA. The company, founded in 1895, has grown to over 175 employees and distributes rigid packaging products and industrial filtration. It operates a newly renovated corporate office/warehouse in Addison and follows a strengths‑based, privately owned culture that values positivity, open‑mindedness, curiosity, customer focus, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform various physical duties as assigned
• Operate pressure washing equipment to remove dirt, debris, and stubborn residue from containers
• Inspect containers for leaks, damage, and imperfections to ensure quality standards are met
• Remove labels and adhesive from containers for proper recycling and reuse
• Conduct final quality checks on all cleaned materials
• Rotate departments if needed
• Maintain all safety standards

Requirements

• Abide by proper PPE protocol (helmets, steel‑toed boots, aprons, gloves)
• Keep worksite clean
• Able to receive and follow directions and communicate with co‑workers
• No experience required; on‑the‑job training provided
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Standing for up to 8 hours
• Frequent bending and turning
• Forklift experience preferred but not necessary
