General Labor

Description

The Opportunity As a General Laborer, you will support multiple production departments throughout the facility by performing a wide variety of tasks based on daily operational needs. This role is fast-paced and highly physical, requiring frequent movement, lifting, and multitasking. You will also operate PIT equipment (Gas/LP trucks, electric trucks, hand trucks, riders, etc.) with training provided. Your work will contribute to efficient workflow, product quality, and plant productivity.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and math abilities.
• Ability to learn and operate various types of PIT equipment (training provided).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift from floor to waist and waist to shoulder height.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and perform repetitive motions for long periods.
• Ability to identify quality issues.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work across multiple departments.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including during busy periods.
• Fork truck experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
