About the role

InProduction is seeking a full-time, direct-hire team player to join our dynamic team. This position involves cleaning and preparing rental equipment, inspecting for damage, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting other warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare, and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape and decals).
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed.
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience with basic hand tools.

Compensation

$18.00 hourly, with overtime pay.

Work Environment

• Exposed to excessive noise.
• Around moving machinery.

• Required to work outdoors.
• Wearing of safety clothing and equipment may at times be required.
