About the role

This position involves hands-on production and assembly tasks, including packing, reworking, palletizing, and material handling across multiple lines. Located in Niles.

Responsibilities

• Support production flow by maintaining line speed, staging and replenishing materials, assisting with start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Verify production codes, labels, and operate or adjust coder equipment for accurate labeling.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, communicate quality issues, and ensure a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience required; food production experience preferred.
• Must have flexible availability, ability to follow safety and GMP policies, perform basic math, and perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions with PPE is essential.
