Moxie Pest Control is the fastest-growing pest control company in the industry, operating like a startup. We are looking for Field Service Technicians to join our team and grow with us as we double our sales year-over-year. Even with no prior experience, we provide paid training to develop you into one of the best Service Technicians in the business.
Field Service Technicians start each day in our warehouse with daily trainings, then travel to customers’ homes to provide interior and exterior pest treatments for residential clients. We take pride in our work and strive for excellence every day—happier customers mean a more enjoyable work environment for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Attend daily trainings in the office
- Travel to customers’ homes to perform pest control treatments
- Treat homes for interior and exterior pests
- Uphold high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate extreme ownership in all actions involving office staff, fellow technicians, and customers
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems, provide feedback, and support company growth
