About the role

Mosquito Squad is hiring immediately for highly motivated team members for outdoor mosquito control work out of our Grandview, MO location. As the inventor of the Protective Barrier Treatment in 2005, we approach every day with a passion to do our best so our clients can enjoy their yards and outdoor spaces. We strive to provide extraordinary service in every aspect of our client relationships, from the first phone call to continually treating properties with the utmost respect. We educate consumers on how to avoid mosquito and tick bites, and impact the global community through giving and by helping raise funds to eliminate malaria in Africa through our partnership with Malaria No More.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.

Responsibilities

• Apply Protective Barrier Treatments to client properties for mosquito and tick control
• Provide extraordinary service and treat client properties with respect
• Educate consumers on mosquito and tick bite prevention
• Operate company trucks and use state-of-the-art sales/routing system for efficient daily routes

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (required)
• No prior experience needed
• Highly motivated with a passion for outdoor work

Schedule

• Seasonal positions through October
• Flexible schedule
• Full-time and part-time availability

Pay

• $18.00 per hour after training
• Paid training provided
